As a community, the Washington Ethical Society seeks to teach children and teens to be kind and fair, and to take responsibility for creating a better world. In our Sunday School, we show each child how to elicit the best from themselves; develop caring relationships; develop a spiritual philosophy by exploring their own personal beliefs; and develop social responsibility.
WES offers nursery, Sunday classes and other programs for infants through teens, children's and teen dance ensembles, teacher and parent training, celebrations, and service projects. Teens enjoy a Coming of Age program designed for ninth graders and their parents, and Teen Group.
